North Carolina General Statute 95-129(1) of the Occupational Safety and Health Act of North Carolina: The employer did not furnish employment and a place of employment which were free from recognized hazards that were causing or likely to cause death or serious physical harm to employees in that employees were exposed to: a)facility; throughout such as steel room - monorail system has not been load tested. REFERENCE: ANSI B30.11-1998; 11-2.2.2 Load Test (a) New, reinstalled, altered, repaired, and modified equipment should be load tested prior to initial use... NOTE: One acceptable and feasible means of abatement is to have the monorail systems load tested.

REFERENCE: ANSI B30.11-1998; 11-2.1.1 Inspection (a) Prior to initial use, all new, reinstalled, altered, or modified crane and monorail systems shall be inspected...(b) on a frequent and periodic basis. NOTE: One acceptable and feasible means of abatement is to have the monorail systems inspected on a frequent and periodic inspection.
