T.C.A. 50-3-105(1): The employer did not furnish employment and a place of employment which were free from recognized hazards that were causing or likely to cause death or serious physical harm to employees in that employees were exposed to: In that the lighting in the LS and SL areas was inadequate and did not meet ANSI standards A11.1-1973 for storage warehouses. One method of abatement would be to replace the light bulbs.
