Section 5(a)(1) of the Occupational Safety and Health Act of 1970: The employer did not furnish employment and a place of employment which were free from recognized hazards that were causing or likely to cause death or serious physical harm to employees in that employees were exposed to the following conditions: a)On or about September 21, 2002, an employee of McCauley Lumber Company was not protected from the hazard of being struck by. The employer did assure that there was an established work practice in place to protect employees from injuries, while unloading the lumber from the trucks. *** Certification and Documentation of Abatement Required ***
