employer did not
furnish employment and a place of employment which were free from
recognized hazards that
were causing or likely to cause death or physical harm to employees in
that employees were
exposed to:

El patrono no
proveyo empleo y un sitio de empleo libre de riesgos reconocidos que esten
causando o que
puedan causar muerte o dano fisico a los empleados, por cuanto empleados
estaban expuestos
a:
At the warehouse the employees were prepared orders of party merchandise.
The wood floor
of the mezzanine do not had the conditions to support the weigth of the
employees.  Employees
were sought merchandise in the mezzanine area.
Hazard: Falls from collapse of the mezzanine.
Among other correction methods, some feasible and acceptable methods to
correct this hazard
are repair or change the floor.
En el almacen los empleados estaban preparando ordenes de mercancia de
fiesta.  El piso de
madera del entresuelo no se encontraba en condiciones apropiadas para
soportar el peso de los
empleados.  Los empleados buscaban mercancia en el area del entresuelo.
Riesgo: Caidas por colapso del entresuelo.
Entre otros medios de correccion, varios metodos factibles y aceptables
para corregir este riesgo
es reparar o cambiar el piso.ar
