employer did not
furnish employment and a place of employment which were free from
recognized hazards that
were causing or likely to cause death or serious physical harm to
employees in that employees
were exposed to falls and/or crushing.
a.NH Army National Guard Armory - The employee in the excavation rode the
bucket of the excavator.
ABATEMENT NOTE: Among other methods, one feasible and acceptable means of
abatement
would be to comply with the guidelines outlined in the operator's manual
for the excavator.
