ABATEMENT NOTE: Ensure that daily and weekly periodic inspections are
performed and recorded per manufacturers manual pages 10 and 11, also
ANSI/ALI ALOIM - 2000, Chapter 5, Sections 5.1, 5.4, and 5.6.1.
Abatement certification must be submitted for this item.
