were exposed to the hazard of being struck by falling parts or caught in
the moving conveyor:
a)Final Assembly Area, On or about 2/5/03:  The #2 conveyor running above
a walkway was not provided with spill guards.
b)Final Assembly Area, On or about 2/5/03:  The three conveyors were not
provided with any operational emergency stops.
c)Final Assembly Area, On or about 2/5/03:  The three conveyors were not
provided with start up alarms.
