North Carolina General Statute 95-129(1) of the Occupational Safety and Health Act of North Carolina: The employer did not furnish employment and a place of employment which were free from recognized hazards that were causing or likely to cause death or serious physical harm to employees in that employees were exposed to: Ref:ANSI B30.11-2.2.2 (a)facility wide -- single point monorails (3) used by employees had not been load tested. Note: Among other methods, one feasible and acceptable abatement method to correct this hazard is haveonorail systems tested.

Note: Among other methods, one feasible and acceptable abatement method to correct this hazard is to attach the load rating to the chain.
