Rules 182.653 subd. 2: The employer did not furnish to each employee, conditions of employment and a place of employment free from recognized hazards which caused or were likely to cause death or serious injury to employees: On 08/09/01, an employee of Urevig Masonry was driving the John Deere Forklift, Model JD 480-B, which lacked a seat belt. The forklift was equipped with roll over protection that is designed to protect the driver in the event of tip over.
