Stat. 182.653 subd. 2: The employer did not furnish to each employee, conditions of employment and a place of employment free from recognized hazards which caused or were likely to cause death or serious injury to employees; specifically: a.Employees riding in an articulating aerial lift from the ground to the roof, 35 feet from the bottom of the basket to the ground, were not secured to the boom or basket by a body belt or harness and lanyard. b.A sub-contractors employee working in an articulating aerial lift applying a drivet system, 22 feet from the bottom of the basket to the ground, was not secured to the boom or basket by a body belt or harness and lanyard.
