A.R.S 23-403.A: The employer did not furnish each of his employees a place of employment which was free from recognized hazards that were causing or likely to cause death or serious physical harm to his employees, in that they were subjected to being run over by a tractor that did not have an operator in control of the tractor while it was in motion: a) 1/2 mile SW of the intersection of Louis Johnson Dr and Amarillo Valley Rd, Stanfield, AZ: An employee was observed climbing on and off an 8860 Landini farm tractor while the tractor was in motion. The tractor was allowed to travel down the field without an operator in control of the machine.
