A.R.S 23-403.A: The employer did not furnish to each of his employees a place of employment which were free from recognized hazards that were causing or likely to cause death or serious physical harm to his employees in that they were subjected to being run over by a tractor that did not have an operator in control of the tractor while it was in motion: a) SE corner of Highway 347 and Louis Johnson Rd. in Stanfield, AZ: Employees were observed climbing on and off the John Deere tractor, model 6910 farm tractor, while the tractor was still in motion.
