Nevada Revised Statute 618.375(1):  The employer did not furnish
employment and a place of
employment which was free from recognized hazards that were causing or
likely to cause death
or serious physical harm to employees:
The employer failed to ensure an employee was working inside the
snorklelift platform while
working aloft under the following conditions:
a.The south side of the building, approximately 7 feet high in the air,
one employee
was working aloft on the top of the boom of a snorklelift.
