North Carolina General Statute 95-129(1) of the Occupational Safety and Health Act of North Carolina: The employer did not furnish employment and a place of employment which were free from recognized hazards that were causing or likely to cause death or serious physical harm to employees in that employees were exposed to: a)spray area; walls, that enclose or intersect spray area were not constructed of steel, concrete, masonry, or other noncombustible material exposing employees to fire hazard. Among other methods to correct the hazard, the employer may: 1. Construct and install a spray booth. 2. Construct and install a spray room. 3.
