Section 5(a)(1) of the Occupational Safety and Health Act of 1970:  The
employer did not
furnish employmnent and a place of employment which were free from
recognized hazards that
were causing or likely to cause death or serious physical harm to
employees in that employees
were exposed to:  Falling from a partially guarded sissor lift.
(a)At the Jobsite - Employees working on a JLG Model 25RTS-32
[Sissor Lift] S/N 0200035940 were not protected from falling 20ft;
standard guardrails were not continuous due to a missing mid-rail
at the entrance to the platform;  On or about 7/16/02.;
