North Carolina General Statute 95-129(1) of the Occupational Safety and Health Act of North Carolina: The employer did not furnish employment and a place of employment which were free from recognized hazards that were causing or likely to cause death or serious physical harm to employees in that employees were exposed to: (a) facility -- the monorail crane in the cooking room had not been load tested, therefore, a load test certificate was not available. Among other methods, one feasible and acceptable method to correct this hazard is to have the crane load tested and keep the load test certificate on file.ficate

Among other methods, one feasible and acceptable abatementmethod to correct this hazard is to inspect the hoist chains monthly and maintain inspection records.on
