Section 88.4 - Code of Iowa (2001) 88.4: The employer did not furnish employment and a place of employment which was free from recognized hazards that were causing or likely to cause death or serious physical harm to employees in that employees were exposed to falling crane loads: (a)Armstrong Hall, Cornell College, 600 - 1st St.W, Mt. Vernon, Ia. - Unstable loads of cement forms were being picked by the crane and transported overhead to the storage area. Among other methods, one feasible and acceptable abatement method to correct this hazard is the sling shall be hitched in a manner providing control of the load, as referenced in ASME B30.9b- 1993.b-
