Minn. Stat. 182.653 subd. 2: The employer did not furnish to each employee, conditions of employment and a place of employment free from recognized hazards which caused or were likely to cause death or serious injury to employees: An employee was exposed to fall hazards while working from a work platform at a height of approximately 16 to 18 feet above the ground without wearing a personal fall arrest system. There was no guard railing on the front or sides of the work platform attached to a forklift.
