the fact that operator
restraint systems (seat belts) provided on forklift trucks were not
required to be used, as required
by ASME B56.1-1993:

provided.
Abatement Note:  One feasible and acceptable abatement method to correct
this hazard is to
require and effectively enforce the use of operator restraint systems
while operating forklift
trucks provided with them.
