1910.244(a)(2)(iii): After the load has been raised, it was not cribbed, blocked, or otherwise secured at once: On or about July 27, 2002, employees moving a hydralic press utilizing hydraulic jacks, did not crib, block, or otherwise secure the hydrualic press in an adequate manner to prevent it from falling over. Employees were exposed to a struck by hazard. 29 CFR 1903.19(c)(2) abatement of the above violation was verified at the time of inspection, no certification is required.tion
