and Health Act of North Carolina:  The employer did not furnish
each of his employees conditions of employment and a place of
employment free from recognized hazards that were causing or likely
to cause death or serious physical harm to employees in that
employees were exposed to unsafe work practice hazards due to being
struck by staples and removing safety devices without the use of
warning labels (IAW para 4.2.2 ANSI SNT-101-1993):.

T50 & T55, were not equipped with warning labels
indicating workpiece contact devices were removed.
A feasible means of abatement is to mark the staple guns
indicating they have no workpiece contact devices.
