a)facility, behind oven area - where employees used a Jet 1/2 ton hoist
with
pendant attached to a structural timber as an overhead hoist, to remove
metal
pins, weighing approximately 50lbs, from rolls of manufactured abrasive
fabric.
Abatement note:
1.  One feasible and acceptable method, among others, is to load rate the
structure to
ensure that the structure can withstand the load capacity.
2.  Implement frequently and regular inspection of the hoist and chain
assemblies
prior to work being performed.
