North Carolina General Statute 95-129(1) of the Occupational Safety and Health Act of North Carolina: The employer did not furnish to each of his employees conditions of employment and a place of employment free from recognized hazards that were causing or likely to cause death or serious physical harm to employees, in that employees were exposed to: a)facility - in the Bubble Warehouse, it was found that a 2 ton underhung crane, for which the employer, when requested, fail to produce record of the initial and periodic test and inspection before being place to operation, as well as periodic inspections. REFERENCE: ASME B11, Section 11-2.1n
