when retrieving equipment which is stored in the Ice House which had been
posted as an unsafe structure on or around October 30, 2002.
NOTE: Among other methods, one feasible and acceptable abatement method to
correct this hazard is to follow the specifications outlined in the
Township of
River Vale's "Notice of Unsafe Structure:" 1. Vacate the above structure by
removing all equipment stored in the building and store it outside or in
another
building.
