(a) Service Building- The Wysong, hydraulic power press brake's stroking
selector
could be
changed from "Off" to "Inch," "Single Stroke," or "Auto" mode by the
operator.  Due to the
locking mechanism of the switch being damaged, the fixing of mode
selection could not be
controlled by the employer.
Among other methods, one feasible and acceptable method to correct this
hazard is to
include, but not be limited to the following:
(1) Conform to the American National Standard Institute B11.3. by
repairing the locking
mechanism on the existing switch.
No abatement certification or documentation is required for this item.
