exposed to:
a)being caught in or fall from while riding the Thern Material Hoist.
Employees
using Thern, model 482, PN A7532, for entrance into and exit feed bin #17
were
exposed to personal injury hazards from using a material hoist instead of a
personnel hoist prior to and on February 21, 2002.
Among other methods, one feasible and acceptable method to correct this
hazard is using
a personnel hoist by manufacturer for lifting employees/material.
