manual for
the utility cart manufactured by Club Car Inc., Carryall-1, serial number
FG9534454874 was not used to develop standard operating procedures and for
worker training in the safe operation of the utility vehicle nor was a
preventative
maintenance program developed as evidenced by a broken headlight, worn
tires,
and missing operating instruction signs from the steering column.
Among other methods, one feasible and acceptable abatement method to
correct this
hazard is to develop an operator's training program and a preventative
maintenance
program as outlined by the manufacturer's operating manual.
