Canvas Conveyor was partially impeded.
On or about May 22, 2002 an accident occurred where the operator of the
sheeter/Canvas
Conveyor/Calendar operation got caught in the Canvas Conveyor rollers.
The E-Stop
was discovered to be blocked at that time.
A feasible form of abatement is to cut off the roller driver bolt so it no
longer blocks the
E-Stop.
