outriggers.

exposed to
potential crane collapse hazards.  The outriggers floats were broken and
not attached to the
outriggers.
Among feasible means of abatement would be to comply with the requirement
of ANSI B30.5-
1989,  Safety Standard for Cableways, Cranes, Derricks, Hoists, Hooks,
Jacks and Slings.
