Industrial Plus, a corrosive material having a pH of > 13, was
approximately 3/4 full and would not provide 15 minutes of continuous
flushing.
Among other methods, one feasible and acceptable abatement method to
correct this hazard
is to keep the eyewash unit full and maintain it in accordance with the
manufacture's
instructions.
