LOC: a) Jacob Ketsher, The outer shell of bunkers was torn. b) Cristopher Dansby, Left leg of bunkers outer shell was cut. c) Neal Lock, Left arm of the coats outer shell was torn. d) John Parker, Both knee pads of bunkers outer shell were burned. e) Gerald Mitchell, Both cuffs of outer shell of bunkers were torn. f) Brian Johnson, Right leg of outer shell of bunkers was torn. g) Steve Williams, Inner shell of bunkers crouch area was torn. h) Adam Mobley, Outer shell of bunkers right leg cuff was torn. i) Clarence Blackwell, Inner shell of the bunkers crouch areas thermal lining was ripped. j) Gene Wellington, Inner shell of bunkers stitching was frayed. Body protection did not comply with the standard. Reference: N.JA.C. 12.100-10.7: Body protection shall be achieved by wearing of fire resistant coat and bunker pants, both of which shall be at least equivalent to NFPA 1971-1986.
