seatbelts which
come equipped on forklifts.  Operators routinely travel approximately 100
yards
across a major street while delivering material from one building to
another.

AMONG OTHER METHODS, ONE FEASIBLE AND ACCEPTABLE
ABATEMENT METHOD TO CORRECT THIS HAZARD IS TO ENFORCE
THE WEARING OF THE SEATBELTS BY FORKLIFT OPERATORS.
