North Carolina General Statute 95-129(1) of the Occupational Safety and Health Act of North Carolina: The employer did not furnish each of his employees conditions of employment and a place of employment free from recognized hazards that were causing or likely to cause death or serious physical harm to employees in that employees were exposed to: Ref: American National Standard (ANSI) B30.5-1968 section 5-1.9.1 (b) a)site - the boom angle indicator was painted over to the extent that the operator was unable to determine the boom angle. Among other methods one feasible and acceptable abatement method is to clean all paint from the boom angle making the angle indicator clear to the operator.

Among other methods one feasible and acceptable abatement method is have the operator take and pass a exam on the specific crane that he will be operating.

North Carolina General Statute 95-129(1) of the Occupational Safety and Health Act of North Carolina: The employer did not furnish each of his employees conditions of employment and a place of employment free from recognized hazards that were causing or likely to cause death or serious physical harm to employees in that employees were exposed to: Ref: American National Standard (ANSI) B30.5-1968 section 5-3.1.2 (b) a)site - operators of truck crane were not required to pass a physical examination to determine that he has at least 20/30 vision in one eye and 20/50 in the other, with or without glasses. Be able to distinguish red, green, and yellow, regardless of position of colors, if color differentiation is required for operation. Hearing, with or without aid, must be adequate for specific operation. A history of epilepsy or of a disabling heart condition shall be sufficient reason for his disqualification. Among other methods one feasible and acceptable abatement method is have the operator take and pass a physical exam.cal
