P.L. 91-596 Section 5(a)1 of the Occupational Safety and Health Act of 1970: The employer did not furnish to each of his employees employment and a place of employment which were free from recognized hazards that were causing or likely to cause death or serious physical harm to employees in that employee(s) were exposed to falling from a basket attached to a front-end loader: 7860 Peters Road, Bldg F, Fort Lauderdale, Florida 33324 - Employees were allowed to ride in a basket on a "TCM" front-end loader, S/N 6271062, which was not designed to carry riders, on or about 04/26/2002. Among other methods, one feasible and acceptable method to correct these hazards is to implement a hazard assessment of the workplace, to use an approved aerial lift, ensure employees stand firmly on the floor of the basket, and ensure employees are not allowed to ride on the basket.
