Section 5(a)1 of the Occupational Safety and Health Act of 1970:
The employer did not furnish to each of his employees employment and a
place of employment
which were free from recognized hazards that were causing or likely to
cause death or serious
physical harm to employees in that employees were exposed to:
On or about 7/8/02 outside the General Contractors Office, an employee was
exposed to the
hazard of being caught-in, was using a Ridgid 300-T2, S/N ED 64602-H00,
which was not
provided with a constant pressure foot treadle control switch as required
by American National
Standards Institute - B208.1-1982, Section 4.4, which is one feasible and
acceptable method of
abatement.

VIOLATION.
