Section 6(a) of the Puerto Rico Occupational Safety and Health Act:  The
employer did not
furnish employment and a place of employment which were free from
recognized hazards that
were causing or likely to cause death or physical harm to employees in
that employees were
exposed to:

El patrono no
proveyo empleo y un sitio de empleo libre de riesgos reconocidos que esten
causando o que
puedan causar muerte o dano fisico a los empleados, por cuanto empleados
estaban expuestos
a:
At the mathematic's classroom of Manuel Bou Gali School, building 9 hill's
rooms:
While the employees performing educational tasks, was observed, water
spots in the
walls, like evidence of the filtrations.
Hazard: Slips and falls.
Among other method, one feasible and acceptable abatement method to
correct this
hazard is, to restore the ceiling with concrete and a sealing compound.
En la Escuela Manuel Bou Gali, en el salon de matematicas, edificio 9,
salones de la
loma : Mientras los empleados realizaban tareas de ensenanza, se observo
manchas de
agua en las paredes, como evidencia de filtraciones.
Riesgo: Resbalones y caidas.
Entre otros metodos accesible y aceptable para corregir este riesgo es,
reparar el techo
con cemento y un compuesto sellador.
