Section 6(a) of the Puerto Rico Occupational Safety and Health Act:  The
employer did not
furnish employment and a place of employment which were free from
recognized hazards that
were causing or likely to cause death or physical harm to employees in
that employees were
exposed to:

El patrono no
proveyo empleo y un sitio de empleo libre de riesgos reconocidos que esten
causando o que
puedan causar muerte o dano fisico a los empleados, por cuanto empleados
estaban expuestos
a:
At the physical education room and in the library of the Juan Antonio
Corretjer
Community School; the employees were observed performing physical
education classes
and helping students tasks. It had evidence of water spots on the acustic
panels due to
water ceiling filtrations.
Hazard: Slips and falls
Among other correction method, one feasible and acceptable to correct this
hazard is
repair the ceiling.
En el salon de educacion fisica y la biblioteca de la escuela de la
comunidad
Juan
Antonio Corretjer, las empleadas fueron observadas realizando tareas de
clases de
educacion fisica y ayuda a los estudiantes. Existia evidencia de manchas
de agua en los
paneles acusticos debido a las filtraciones de agua en el techo.
Riesgo: Resbalones y caidas.
Entre otros metodos de correcion, uno factible y aceptable para corregir
este riesgo es
reparar el techo.r
