Section 6(a) of the Puerto Rico Occupational Safety and Health Act:  The
employer did not
furnish employment and a place of employment which were free from
recognized hazards that
were causing or likely to cause death or physical harm to employees in
that employees were
exposed to:

El patrono no
proveyo empleo y un sitio de empleo libre de riesgos reconocidos que esten
causando o que
puedan causar muerte o dano fisico a los empleados, por cuanto empleados
estaban expuestos
a:
At "Oficina del Procurador de Personas con Impedimentos", it were observe
water spots
on the acoustics panels, it were observed on all the office area. The
employees were
performing clerical works such as: data entry, files verification and
working with public
among other works.
Hazard: Slips and falls.
Among other correction methods, one feasible method is, repair the ceiling.
En la Oficina del Procurador de Personas con Impedimentos", se observaron
manchas
de agua en los paneles acusticos, estos fueron observadas en toda el area
de la oficina.
Los empleados llevaban a cabo trabajos clericales tales como: entrada de
datos,
verificacion de expedientes y trabajar con publico entre otros trabajos.
Riesgo: Resbalones y caidas.
Entre otros metodos de correccion, uno factible y aceptable para corregir
este riesgo, es
reparar el techo.r
