Section 6(a) of the Puerto Rico Occupational Safety and Health Act: The employer did not furnish employment and a place of employment which were free from recognized hazards that were causing or likely to cause death or physical harm to employees in that employees were exposed to: Seccion 6(a) de la Ley de Seguridad y Salud en el Trabajo de Puerto Rico: El patrono no proveyo empleo y un sitio de empleo libre de riesgos reconocidos que esten causando o que puedan causar muerte o dano fisico a los empleados, por cuanto empleados estaban expuestos a: At the Kitchen area of the Domestic Economy classroom of the Francisco Oller Superior School, in the upper part of the stove, it was observed a cabinet that wasn't fix and was unstable. The teacher was observed offering class. One feasible method of abatement would be fit the cabinet to the wall. Hazard: Hit by the cabinet. En el area de la cocina del salon de Economia Domestica de la Escuela Superior Francisco Oller, en la parte superior de la estufa, fue observado un gabinete, el cual no estaba fijo y se encontraba de forma inestable. Se observo a la maestra ofreciendo clases. Un metodo factible de correccion seria ajustar el gabinete a la pared. Riego: Golpe por el gabinete.
