furnish employment and a place of employment which were free from
recognized hazards that

exposed to:

El patrono no
proveyo empleo y un sitio de empleo libre de riesgos reconocidos que esten
causando o que
puedan causar muerte o dano fisico a los empleados, por cuanto empleados
estaban expuestos
a:
At all warehouse of the establishment: While the employees look for
mechandize, was
observed that the racks, in which the mercandize were stored, did not have
screw that
anchors the racks to the floor.
Hazard: The racks fall down.
Among other methods, one feasible and aceptable abatement method to
correct this
hazard is to place all screws.
En todo el almacen del establecimiento: Mientras los empleados buscaban
mercancia, se
observo que los anaqueles, en los cuales la mercancia era almacenada, no
tenian los
tornillos que anclan los anaqueles al piso.
Riesgo: Que los anaqueles se caigan.
Entre los metodos de correccion un metodo factible y aceptable para
corregir este riesgo
es colocarle todos los tornillos a los anaqueles.

At runways 4 and 5 at establishment: While the employees performing
mechandizer
framing works, its observed an rolling ladder 10 feet 6 inches high
approximately, did
not have the brakes and it reeling to the sides.
Hazard: Slipping and falls.
Among other methods, one feasible and acceptable abatement method to
correct this
hazard is replaced the defected rolling ladder by a new one.
En los pasillos 4 y 5 del establecimiento: Mientras los empleados
realizaban trabajos de
acomodo de mercancia, se observo una escalera mobible de aproximadamente
10 pies 6
pulgadas de alto, no tenia los frenos y se tambaleaba hacia los lados.
Riesgo: Resbalones y caidas.
Entre los metodos de correccion un metodo factible y aceptable para
corregir este riesgo
es cambiar la escalera defectuosa por una nueva.uosa
