At appoitment area in Guaynabo Asistance Medical Office of Health
Department, the
employees were performing work such as: interviewing patients, prepairing
and file
documents, case evaluating and data entry. Humedities spot were observed
by filtration
in the roof at this area.
One feasible and acceptable method of abatement would be, seal the roof or
repair
sanitarie pipe.
Hazard: Fall or slip.
En el area de cita de la Oficina de Asistencia Medica de Guaynabo del
Departamento de
Salud, los empleados estaban realizando trabajos tales como: entrevistando
pacientes,
preparando y archivando documentos, evaluando casos y entrada de datos.
