Section 6(a) of the Puerto Rico Occupational Safety and Health Act: The employer did not furnish employment and a place of employment which were free from recognized hazards that were causing or likely to cause death or physical harm to employees in that employees were exposed to: Seccion 6(a) de la Ley de Seguridad y Salud en el Trabajo de Puerto Rico: El patrono no proveyo empleo y un sitio de empleo libre de riesgos reconocidos que esten causando o que puedan causar muerte o dano fisico a los empleados, por cuanto empleados estaban expuestos a: At appoitment area in Guaynabo Asistance Medical Office of Health Department, the employees were performing work such as: interviewing patients, prepairing and file documents, case evaluating and data entry. Humedities spot were observed by filtration in the roof at this area. One feasible and acceptable method of abatement would be, seal the roof or repair sanitarie pipe. Hazard: Fall or slip. En el area de cita de la Oficina de Asistencia Medica de Guaynabo del Departamento de Salud, los empleados estaban realizando trabajos tales como: entrevistando pacientes, preparando y archivando documentos, evaluando casos y entrada de datos. Manchas de humedad fueron observadas por filtracion en el techo en esta area.
