Section 6(a) of the Puerto Rico Occupational Safety and Health Act:  The
employer did not
furnish employment and a place of employment which were free from
recognized hazards that
were causing or likely to cause death or physical harm to employees in
that employees were
exposed to:

proveyo empleo y un sitio de empleo libre de riesgos reconocidos que esten
causando o que
puedan causar muerte o dano fisico a los empleados, por cuanto empleados
estaban expuestos
a:
At the 6, 15 and 16 buildings at "Escuela Metropolitana Vocacional Miguel
Such" :
While the employees were teaching classes, there were observed water spots
in the walls,
like evidence of the filtrations.
Hazard: Slips and falls.
Among other method, one feasible and acceptable abatement method to
correct this
hazard repair the ceiling with concrete and a sealing compound.

manchas de
agua en paredes como evidencia de filtraciones.
Riesgo: Resbalones y caidas.
Entre otros metodos accesibles y aceptable para corregir este riesgo es
reparar de nuevo
el techo con cemento y un compuesto sellador.
