employer did not
furnish employment and a place of employment which were free from
recognized hazards that
were causing or likely to cause death or physical harm to employees in
that employees were
exposed to:

El patrono no
proveyo empleo y un sitio de empleo libre de riesgos reconocidos que esten
causando o que
puedan causar muerte o dano fisico a los empleados, por cuanto empleados
estaban expuestos
a:
At the Department of Education, Mariano Abril Elemental School, the
employees were
observed teaching subjects to students. In the faculty, resources and
mathematics
classrooms, there were loosing concrete fragments of the ceiling.
Hazard: Hits by concrete pieces.
Among other correction methods, a feasible and acceptable method to
correct this hazard
is repair the ceiling.
En el Departamento de Educacion, Escuela Elemental Mariano Abril, los
empleados
fueron observados ensenando las materias a los estudiantes. En los salones
de facultad,
recurso y matematicas se estaban desprendiendo fragmentos de concreto del
techo.
Riesgo: Golpes por pedazos de concreto.
Entre otros metodos de correccion, un metodo factible y aceptable para
corregir este
problema es reparar el techo.r
