At the interior corridor at Ramon B. Lopez School: While the employees
performing
teaching works, its was observed the interior corridor had difference of
elevation, the
same was used to walk to their respective classrooms.
Hazard: Falls and/or fractures.
En el pasillo interior de la Escuela Ramon B. Lopez: Mientras los
empleados realizaban
sus trabajos de ensenanza se, observo que el pasillo interior tenia
desnivel, el mismo era
utilizado para dirigirse a sus respectivos salones.

esten causando o que
puedan causar muerte o dano fisico a los empleados, por cuanto empleados
estaban expuestos
a:
At the Ramon B. Lopez School luchroom, it was observed that the fume
extractor
was
out of service. The employees were performing food preparation works.
Hazard: Fumes inhalation.
Among other correction method, a feasible and acceptable method to correct
this hazard
is to fix the fumes extractor electric conection.
The Education Department was previously cited for violation of this
Occupational Safety
and Health Standard or equivalent section 6(a), which was contained in
OSHO inspection
number 300150216, citation 1, item 001, issued 4/10/02.
En el comedor de la Escuela Ramon B. Lopez, se observo que el extractor de
gases
estaba danado. Los empleados realizaban trabajos de preparacion de comida.
Riesgo: Inhalacion de gases.
Entre otros metodos de correccion, un metodo factible y aceptable para
corregir este
problema es arreglar la conexion electrica del extractor de gases.
El Departamento de Educacion fue previamente citado por una violacion a la
Seccion 6(a)
o su equivalente que esta contenida en la inspeccion de OSHO numero
300150216,
citacion 1, reglon 1, emitida en 4/10/02.
