TrackFast fuel-
actuated fastener did not have adequate training.  The employee was
unfamiliar with the
training requirements and the components of the TrackFast fastener.  The
employee's
lack of knowledge places the operator and other employees in the area at
risk of being
impaled by projectiles from the fastener and/or possible explosions from
the fuel being
used or stored incorrectly.
