hazard would be, in
accordance with ASME B56.1 The American National Standard for Powered and

Industrial Trucks, to require the use of seat belt systems in lift trucks
that were equipped with
them, or to install and require the use of seat belt systems in lift
trucks
that were not so
equipped.
