exposed to vehicular traffic and the temporary traffic control zone
did not comply with minimum guidelines of the Manual on
Uniform Traffic Control Devices (MUTCD) (ANSI D6.1).
Feasible methods of abatement:
Familiarize all employees on the Manual of Uniform Traffic Control
Devices (MUTCD) including but not limited to:
a)Training, information and site specific protocols for the
purpose and proper use of the traffic control devices
(traffic cones, signs, barrier trucks, flagman, flow patterns
and lane closures).
b)Appropriate training for all flagman.
