North Carolina General Statute 95-129(1) of the Occupational Safety and Health Act of North Carolina: The employer did not furnish employment and a place of employment which were free from recognized hazards that were causing or likely to cause death or serious physical harm to employees in that employees were exposed to: a)jobsite, two employees were exposed to fall hazards while standing on the boom and material platform attached to Bobcat 260 Skid Steer. Among other methods, one feasible and acceptable abatement method to correct this hazard is to provide a personnel platform which complies to the design requirements listed in ANSI/ASME B56.6-1992, Safety Standard for Rough Terrain Forklift Trucks, and to secure the platform to the lifting carriage or forks.ge
