a)facility, upper dock section - an unstable condition affecting powered
industrial
trucks, in that the primary load bearing wall under the dock entrance was
damaged
and mostly removed from under the reinforced concrete dock flooring which
exhibits stress cracks radiating through the partially unsupported floor
surface.

NOTE:  Among other methods, one feasible and acceptable abatement method to
correct this hazard is to completely restrict powered industrial trucks
from
operating on this dock until permanent repairs of the dock are completed.
