conditions of employment and
a place of employment which were free from recognized hazards that were
causing or likely to
cause death or serious physical harm to employees in that employees were
exposed to:
a)being struck or caught in between the lift and ground in the event
employees fall
or get thrown off.  The employees operating Lull Forklift, model #844C-42,
were
exposed to being caught in between/crushed from not using the installed
seat
belts.
Among other methods, one feasible and acceptable abatement method to
correct this
hazard is to train/certify and inspect employees on wearing seatbelts
installed by the
manufacturer of the Lull Forklift.rer
